WHAT IS R+R RETURN POLICY? 

You may return new, unworn merchandise, in its original condition, within 30 days of receipt. In the case that an item is returned not in it’s original condition, the order will no longer be eligible for a return and will be sent back to the original address associated with the order. Shipping charges are non-refundable, unless the reason for return is the result of our error or manufacturing defect. In the case that we are sold out of a product or if the product is bought at a discounted price, exchange for a new item may be applied. 

For eligible US returns, a $6.55 return shipping fee will be deducted from your refund or waived if you opt for a store credit refund. 
WHEN DOES R+R RESTOCK SOLD OUT ITEMS?

We have some staples that stick around and carry over through the seasons, but the majority of our products are not restocked once sold out.
CAN I RETURN ITEMS THAT I PURCHASED ON SALE?

Items that are purchased on sale are final sale and ineligble for return or exchange. 

PLEASE NOTE THAT ANY ORDERS PLACED DURING OUR BLACK FRIDAY SALE TIME FRAME ARE FINAL SALE AND MAY NOT BE RETURNED.
CAN R+R HONOR THE SALE PRICE IF I PURCHASED AN ITEM BEFORE THE SALE?

Unfortunately a discount can not be applied retroactively.
WHAT IS R+R WARRANTY POLICY?

Our products are built Ridge and Rifle Strong, however, manufacturing defects are inevitable and can occur. If you experience any malfunctions within 30 days of your purchase date, please reach out to us at info@ridgeandrifle.com with your name, order number, and a photo of the defective item.
DO DISCOUNT CODES WORK ON SALE ITEMS?

Discount codes will only be applied on full price items in your cart, excluding gift cards. 

Shipping questions
WHEN WILL MY ORDER SHIP?

Orders are shipped within 1-3 business days once the order has been placed. If an order is placed over the weekend, the processing times will begin on the following Monday. 

 Our warehouse we ship from is currently located within VA. The further the shipping address is away from VA, the longer the time it will take for the order to arrive. For example, our USPS Express Rate has a 3-5 business day timeframe, once the order is out the door. If you are placing an order and you live on the West Coast, expect the order to arrive around the 5 business day mark. 

 Please note that there may be a slight delay in processing times during a sale. Allow 3 days for orders to ship during a sale.

CAN I PAY FOR EXPEDITED SHIPPING?

Unfortunately we do not offer expedited shipping options at this time.

We do! All U.S. orders $100+ qualify for free shipping.
